Hi, I’m Shamsah—business strategist, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Inno-Sparks Consulting. With 14+ years in the pharmaceutical industry across Canada, France, the UK, and global marketing, I’ve worked with Abbott, AbbVie, and AstraZeneca across 12 therapeutic areas.
With a background in psychology and an MBA in marketing, I bring both strategic insight and a human-centered approach to solving complex challenges. After my corporate career, I built and led a multi-award-winning home-care company while growing and inspiring high-performing teams.

I bring a 360° view of how organizations work, having led PMO initiatives, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment across Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, and Supply & Demand Planning.
